Our rich, pure Scottish shortbread is baked using a family recipe developed by Joseph Walker in 1898. While our technology may have developed since then, our shortbread is still baked using traditional methods. We cook our shortbread in small batches, so we can guarantee the quality of all our products.

Walkers Scottish shortbread is known across the globe. We export to over 60 countries from our bakery in Aberlour, Speyside. The quality of our shortbread and our dedication to our customers has won us three Queen’s Award for Export Achievement – the highest award for British exporters.
